An approach and exploration of the past and actual styles along with the learning and sensibilization to the fundamental notions of pictural and spatial harmony on which every art work rely. Less concerned with technical perfection than the discovery of new artistic perspectives, this course is offered to both beginers and more advanced students.
Oil Painting � la 'imprimatura' (DENIS RONDEAU):
From italian, 'imprimatura' designates an ancient pictural technique used nowadays in both 'trompe l'oeil' and scenic paintings. By concrete exercises, you will study and explore the methods and principles by which the grand-masters of this technique have deeply changed the evolution of painting.
