1- Prices
Prices are in canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping fees. The total price is payable in whole and in one payment, when the order is sent. All orders are payable in canadian dollars. For international orders, the client is responsible for the custom charges and/or local taxes which may vary from country to country.

2- Shipping rates
Shipping rates include handling fees plus shipping costs. A fixed rate is added to a “by additional item” fee to determine a total cost. Only the geographical zone and shipping mode chosen by the customer can modify this total. The Galerie Roussil does not regroup distinct orders, therefore shipping fees will apply for each order. Consider regrouping all items on one order.

3- Payment
All orders are paid by credit cards. Accepted credit cards are VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX.

4- Delivery
The average time is 4 to 5 days in Quebec, but possible delays may occur if suppliers run out of stock.

5- Returns
All artistic furnitues sold by The Galerie Roussil are new and guaranteed as such. The Galerie Roussil can replace or refund defective or damaged items if unopened, still in original packaging and returned with shipping slip within 10 days following reception of the order to :

The Galerie Roussil will refund the return shipping cost when we receive the returned item. In the case of a refund, The Galerie Roussil will process your refund 24 to 48 hours after we receive your return. The refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Items must be in original packaging (unopened) and returned with shipping slip within 10 days following reception of the order at the above address. Return shipping cost is then at customer's charge.
