1 - Prices

Prices are in canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping fees. The total price is payable in one payment when the order is sent. All orders are payable in canadian dollars. For international orders, the client is responsible for custom charge and/or local taxes which may vary from country to country.

2 - Shipping rates

Shipping rates include handling fees and shipping costs. A fixed rate is added with each additional item to establish a total cost. Only the geographical zone and shipping mode chosen by the customer can change this amount. Galerie Roussil does not combine distinct orders and shipping fees will apply for each order. You should consider combining all items in one order.

3 - Payment

All orders must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD only.

4 - Delivery

The average time for delivery is 4 to 5 days in Quebec, but possible delays may occur if suppliers run out of stock.

5 - Returns

All artistic furnitures sold by Galerie Roussil are new and guaranteed as such. Galerie Roussil can replace or refund defective or damaged items if unopened, still in original packaging and returned with shipping slip within 10 days following reception of the order. Galerie Roussil will also refund the return shipping costs in 24 to 48 hours after we receive the defective item. The refund is made in the same form of payment used for purchase. Return of items other than damaged or defective require authorization and return shipping costs is at customer's charge.

6 - Privacy

Galerie Roussil commits itself to the respect of its clients’ private life. We will not share knowingly any personal information of any of our clients besides for legal motives. However, we do not ensure protection against information theft or any similar act, although all the necessary means in our power have been taken to avoid such eventuality.
